The Myth Vault does not guarantee access to its site or content and cannot be held responsible for any downtime it may experience. The Myth Vault also cannot guarantee that certain ISPs or filters will not block it or its content.
All users must be respectful to and of each other and the Administration. Continued disrespectful behaviour may be considered abusive and will be dealt with accordingly (see "Abuse").
Content
The Myth Vault is a file and content hosting service related to the "Myth" series, owned by Take2 Interactive. All content submitted by users remains the property of its respective owners, but may be removed from The Myth Vault at any time by its Administrators for any reason. Users who wish to remove their own property may may do so at their own leisure.
The Myth Vault does not take responsibility for any content or links submitted by users, including reviews, descriptions and the contents of any files uploaded by users. However, The Myth Vault's Administration reserves the right to modify or delete content that constitutes what the Administration considers abusive (see "Abuse").
All statistics generated by The Myth Vault, as well as its interface, graphics, layout, structure and design, are property of The Myth Vault and its owners.
Abuse
User accounts may be revoked if abuse is suspected. Abuse includes (but is not limited to) repeatedly ignoring warnings from the Administration, linking to or submitting offensive material (that includes pornographic text, images or movies, graphic depictions of real violence, racist, sexist or otherwise inflammatory remarks or comments, spamming and other material that is deemed offensive by the Administration) and clear violations of copyright.
If a user deems some content to be abusive or offensive, he or she may contact the Administration with a request for its modification or removal. The Administration reserves the right not to act on any such request.
Privacy Policy
All data you submit to us is kept strictly private and will not be shared with anyone for any reason or any price unless requested legally by the authorities. Only the information you choose to make publicly available will be visible to the public.
